The user has read the terms of use and agrees to all that is stated in these terms of use and to the terms of use in the future, as they will be from time to time, and he\she undertakes to use the application in accordance with all laws and these terms of use and as they will be in the future from time to time.
The owners of the application and the application system are entitled to change these terms of use at any time and the new terms of use will be applied immediately.
The use of the application and any outcome that has occurred and\or will result from it, directly or indirectly, will be the full and exclusive responsibility of each user and they will bear any damage of any kind caused to any side due to the use of the application exclusively.
It is strictly forbidden to impersonate any entity who is not the user. The user is aware that the system cannot monitor the content and messages in the application and there is not an option to know whether a user is an impostor and whether the user corresponding with you is an impostor. The system cannot prevent uploading content that is not allowed under these terms of use, thus the user is warned not to give their details and anything related to them or the details of another person. If the user gives details to another user or advertiser on the site, it is the sole responsibility of the giver. Any relation between users of the application or between a user and an advertiser is the sole responsibility of each user. If a user is harmed by an impostor in any way, the responsibility is on the injured user and the abusive user only.
It is strictly forbidden to post the following in the application:
Words of impersonation, words of abomination, words of harm, words of insult, words of slander, words of invasion of privacy. A message containing viruses or Trojan horses or logic bombs or network tracking software or spyware, a message intended to interfere with any other user’s use of the application, a message sent despite a request from the app system, a message sent after a user has asked not to send them any further messages, a message that is not relevant to the category in which it was written, a message that is false or rude or disturbing, a message prohibited by law and\or agreement, expressed or implied, an advertisement without the consent of the other party, a message encouraging consumption not according to the categories of the application, a message in which the copyright does not belong to the sending user unless the user has obtained the consent of the copyright owner, an harmful message, an inaccurate message, an obscene message, a message that contains an immoral offer, a message that contains a criminal offer, a message that contains an obscene offer, a message that may violate the privacy or dignity of another person or entity and provide any identifying information in the application including publication of name, phone numbers, addresses, apartment numbers, property ownership, age, additional contact information, or any identifying information of any kind and type.
Spam messages, similar or dissimilar repetitive messages without receiving an answer from the other party, illegal, harmful or false information, chain mails, phone numbers, addresses, apartments and vehicles of other people without their approval, obscene materials, profanity, slander, vulgar or rude language, threats, encouragement of acts that may lead to criminal offenses, civil liabilities or violation of national or international law.
Any trademark, patent, or other information in which the intellectual property rights do not belong to the sending user, types of vehicles, or property details of others without their approval, any word, letter, or mark that the app owners or app system will decide at their sole discretion without any obligation to give an explanation or notice in advance or retrospect.
The owners of the application and\ or the application system reserve the right to restrict and\or block and\ or prevent a user from accessing and\or using any service in the application, including writing and reading chats, or delete any message they deem appropriate without giving prior notice to the user or any explanation to the user or in advance or retrospectively and for any reason of any kind whether the user has violated the terms of service or not. The user waives in advance any claim against the application owners for any damage of any kind caused to him and\or any loss either directly or indirectly as a result of the above and in respect of the above mentioned.
The owners of the application and\or the app system may, at their sole discretion, identify and expose the user’s computer, delete, block or change any account that they deem appropriate and all or part of the account including identification information, photos and messages, investigate about any user and expose any information about them that exists in the system, especially in the case of legal or police activity against them or again another user, cooperate with law authorities and provide any details including any identifying details and\ or any correspondence details related to each user and\ or other users, whether on their own initiative or at the request of the police, the court or a quasi-judicial body for any reason, and to read any conversation between the parties without giving any notice in advance or retrospectively and for any reason that the application owners and\or the application system will find appropriate and the user waives any claim against the owners of the application for any damage of any kind caused to them, including invasion of privacy and\ or any loss, either directly or indirectly, as a result of giving away his details and the mentioned above.
The owners of the application and\or the application system do not guarantee that the application and its interfaces and advertisements will remain as they exist when registering or joining of any user and\or will exist at all and they may, from time to time, change the application interface and\or the application’s appearance and\ or the advertisements displayed in the application and\or block accounts and\or edit or change the details of all or part of the users and\ or everything involved and related to the application from time to time at their sole discretion without any need to give notice or explanation in advance or retrospectively and the user waives any claim against the application’s owners for any damage of any kind caused to the user and\or anything that relates to the above.
The owners of the application and\or the application system do not guarantee that the application will not have any malfunctions, interferences, slowness, viruses, harmful components, the arrival of complete or partial messages to their destination, or receipt of complete or partial messages sent, and do not guarantee that the application will be available at any time and\or at all, and do not guarantee continuous operation and do not undertake to fix faults, interruptions, slowness, viruses, harmful components or anything else and they will not have to give notice or explanation to the user in advance or retrospectively and will not have to obtain the user’s approval in advance or retrospectively and the user waives in advance any claim against the app owners for any damage caused to him of any kind and\or any loss either directly or indirectly as a result of the above.
The owners of the application and\or the application system are not responsible for the user’s use of the application or the contents uploaded to the application, whether permitted content is uploaded or whether unauthorized and irresponsible content is uploaded, if the user is harmed in any way by another user and\ or users and\ or by hackers, including if they send any material, correspondence or anything that is prohibited under these terms of use and any law to the user and\ or if the user uses the information transferred to him as part of his use of the application and are not responsible for the correctness of information received from another user or the correctness of advertisements and the result of the execution of anything related to those advertisements, and are not responsible for the links appearing in the application, and are not responsible for the results of inaccurate or illegal use of the information the user provided to other users by them. The user disclaims the owners of the application and the application system from any responsibility for anything related to the above. All responsibility for any message and all content and everything the user sent and\ or for any message and\or all content and everything received by the user will apply to the user and\or the user sending the message or the advertiser and the user waives in advance any claim against the owners of the application for any damage of any kind caused to them and\or any loss, either directly or indirectly, as a result of the above, including their or other users’ messages and\or advertisements in the application and concerning the above mentioned.
The owners of the application and\or the application system do not undertake to keep the user’s details and\or any details the user submitted in registration or after including but not limited to the user’s photo and\or username and\or user e-mail and\or user password and\or messages written by the user and\or messages sent to the user and\or chat history and data activity of everyone or some of them and\or anything related to the application and the user’s use of the application and the user waives in advance any claim against the application owners and\or application system, against any factor related to or concerning the lack of retention of the data as mentioned above and concerning everything mentioned above.
The user is prohibited from using the messages and\or materials that they are not the copyright holder of and\or that contain the distribution of a trademark, patent, or an idea of a third party without permission from the rights-holder and the third party. The owners of the application will have grounds for prosecution against the user for use and distribution as stated above. The user will compensate the owners of the application for any claim they receive and any amount they will have to pay to a third party and for any damage of any kind caused to the owners of the application due to their use of the application and in particular due to use as mentioned above.
The use of the application and\or the website does not create and\or does not give the user any copyright of them or in part of them. The user is not allowed to interfere in the application system, test the application system, and receive information regarding the application, another user, or anything related to the application and its use from the application owners.
The user will compensate the application owners if they are required to pay for anything related to the user’s use of the application, whether he broke the terms of use, whether he violated the intellectual property rights of another entity, whether another connected to the application via the user’s computer, email, or password, with or without the user’s knowledge including whether the application owners will be required to pat and\or will be charged to pay damage fees, expenses, attorney fees and any amount of any kind to any entity.
The user is aware that the existing application is intended to allow mature and qualified people to correspond in categories in which they find a common interest; all in accordance with the existing law in each country from which the user comes and\or is located.
